This work aims to control the robot vehicle motion using a PC. The receiver section controls the robot vehicle direction according to the commands given from the PC which is sent through the transmitter section utilizing RF wireless communication. Arduino UNO is used as a control unit. There are two sections, one is a transmitter and the other receiver. The transmitter unit consists of a PC with a graphical interface, Arduino UNO board, microphone and RF transmitter. The Arduino UNO board is connected to the computer via a USB connector. The receiving sections are composed of DC gear motors with drivers, the Arduino UNO board and the RF receiver. Different directions of the robot vehicle are controlled through instruction to the robot vehicle with help of data given to the PC via three methods: by voice command using a microphone, using the keypad and by typing word command in the text box of GUI. The data will be given to Arduino and the controller will transmit this data to the receiving module using an RF transmitter.
